I am just getting started in the RE market and I have a few questions. Well I know the usual method of buy and rent, but it seems like the homes are so expensive that the rents would not cover all the expenses. So my question is what are you guys doing to make money in the high priced market with the bad economy to boot. Are L/O the way to go right now or mabye flipping. What I want to do is find a few investors with cash and flip some deals to them. Seems like with a lot of high LTV ratios right now and the economy diving that there is probably a lot of foreclosures out there as well. Well can’t wait to here from you guys.
