Well, I guess I made the wrong decision when I sent My IRA money to Security Trust… Now Chicago Title. We made an investment in a note, and that all went perfectly. But now I want another note, which needs servicing regarding escrow, and they can’t do it. Not only that, they won’t return phone calls ! So, I am transferring to Mid-Ohio. But Chicago Trust won’t respond to my calls, so I don’t know when in the world the transfer is going to be made. Of course, I am waiting for the transfer before we can do a closing. I certainly would have thought that a company like Chicago Title would have their act together a bit more than this !
