I’ve assembled a portfolio of 60 duplexes and fourplexes in
Austin (on different streets but clustered near each other),
and I’m looking for a several million dollar refinance (to
replace a lot of the hard money I used to buy them).
The lenders in Austin are too small and this is too outside
the box for them, so I am reaching out to the larger RE
investment community - and hoping that I can identify a
similar owner with multiple buildings (aka a scattered
portfolio), or better yet, a lender who has financed this
type of deal in the past.
If anyone else reading this has experienced the challenges
of finding a large loan to take out multiple smaller loans
for a scattered 2-4 unit portfolio, please contact me. Thank
