Does anyone here recommend and/or have used a company that does
Short Sales for them (negotiate and get short sale payoff acceptance letters)?
Specifically looking for one that takes them nationally or Oregon or Arizona.
It may be hard to find, and I understand that they may not exist,
but I’m looking for ones that don’t require money up front.
(I know of one company that charges $199 initially to work on).
With all the potential short sale leads (about 5 per week), paying up front will not work.
Please provide any info and your experience with them (to use them or not).
