Good day everyone:
In following your tips and suggestions for cash flow over the past year things are going well.
Hence, we are now venturing on with not only what works but a new area. Is anyone aware of where we can now purchase for additional cash flow the following items (size is unlimited):
(a) performing and non-performing real estate notes (i.e. commercial, residential and commercial & apt. combos);
(b) consumer or home equity loans;
(c) N.S.F. cheques; and
(d) student loans.
