You?re not stuck in limbo. You can go to any Mortgage Broker and get the following, Stated Income, Easy Docs, Light Docs, No Docs, etc. Financing is available all over the place; it?s obvious that you haven?t spent any real time talking to lenders.
Don?t focus on what you can?t do, but focus on what you can do.

Good evening,
I am a self employed investor stuck in limbo as to how I can borrow money from a bank. I haven’t been in business at least two years, which is the minimum requirement by most lenders. What can I do to overcome this hurdle? Please help!!!

What state are you in??? You need no doc do you have alright credit??
