I have started a self storage business and offer both warehousing and seperate units. With the warehousing I have used flexibility in the way I charge rent for bigger items such as boat,RV’s, golf carts and motorcycles I charge set prices with small misc stuff I charge by the sq ft. The seperate units I charge by the unit. My problem is that I have not been able to find any good rental contracts. If anyone could help that would be very much appreciated.
