Is it fair? It is fair for you to try and get the best deal possible. If the seller is motivated enough to carry back a second and assist with closing costs, then you have met there needs by buying the home.

Is it fair when buying properties to ask the seller to do a sellers carry-back and pay closing costs? Or is it one or the other?
