Show them whatever (the minimum) it takes to make the deal. If you’ve got good credit, don’t be shy about showing it off.

As an investor, when buying a property with seller financing, what info. do you volunteer to give the buyer?
Credit report?
Financial statement?
As little as possible?
I usually spill my guts to them to show my credibility.
Is this necessary?
