Have an attorney read the contract. You will then find out if you have a case or not.

Then you might have your attorney write a letter to the seller explaing the consequences. The seller should see the light and understand that compliance with the contract would be cheaper without a bunch of legal expenses.

A suit for specific performance is probably the last resort. A little healthy intimidation is a good beginning.

i bought some comerical property, cash sale and stating in the contract, the contract said within 120 days after closing the seller was and agreed in the contract to furnish sewer for byers use to the property. after 120 days she says it is to expensive and she will not do . what do we do next do we have a good case i would think we do we live in ga
