i have 11 days to sell my home!!! i have an offer on another house that i really want, the closing date is on the 15th!!! im preapproved for a loan contigent with the sale of my home. if i dont sell i dont get the house not to mention the sellers are gonna be really mad!!! what can i do at this time, if anything. i do have my house listed. there is so much to learn, i wish i would have tapped into these resources a long time ago!! i have just recieved the c/s program and i am going become an real estate investor! i know there is a lot of opportunity in real estate investing!! im tired of working for other people!! i looked over the c/s program a little, what else can i do after i finish the course as far as education!!! any help would be great!!! thanks rob.
