Look for family and friends that need a good return on their money. Sell a portion or all the note to them at whatever yield is fair for both. I would personally guarantee the Notes when doing it this way though because if the Note goes bad they won’t know what to do with it. You on the otherhand can use this as another profit center collecting another down, and a new income stream. Also, I would use as much as the funds as possible to develop another income stream, so that you keep growing and in the event the one you sold goes bad you don’t miss a beat.

Selling a Note Created by a Lonnie Deal - Posted by Robert(AL)

I am in the process of finding and putting together my first “Lonnie Deal”. I am starting with a minimal amount of money. I will need to cash out the note, or at least a portion of the income stream, after it is created to move on to the next deal. Could anyone with experience with this situation offer some insight on how best to locate someone to buy these types of notes.

Thanks,
