We have our house for sale near Seattle, Wash. It is listed with a realtor here. Real Estate in the Greater Seattle area and surounding cities is selling very well,also I might ad, about 30-40,000 more than our area,and properties are sold usually within a couple weeks. However our property is located on an Island accesible by ferry. Many people live here and commute,the ride is short. But unfortunatly real estate is slow. We have had people looking and flyers taken, but after listing it for over a month now we still have no offers.
Any creative thoughts on helping us to help market it would be appreciated.

I’m curious…Did you figure out a way to sell your home? I am somewhat familiar with Seattle and it’s hot housing market. I have relatives there and visit quite often. Let me know…I have had several instances where a Realtor could not sell a home. Several times I have come up with creative ways to sell after the listing ran out. The real estate values are quite a bit higher than where I live, but the concept is the same.

BUILD a web site on your house. Use a template approach if your are not at ease with html language. Once built, e-mail prospective buyers. Karl Grube, Ann Arbor, MI
