I ran across a individual who is marketing cabins ‘for sale’ in Georgia which are located inside a marina/park type facility on a lake. When I contacted this person he informed me that only the cabins themselves were for sale, and that the land the cabins were would have to be leased out by the buyer of the cabin for $300 per month.
You’d own the cabin, but never the land, & you don’t pay the property taxes. They have some sort of restrictions which will not allow the rental of the cabins for profit, to only have them for the enjoyment of the owner & friends or family. My question is - is this legal?
