If you own the home outright, create a note and offer to finance it to your new owners (even present tenents)

Put an ad in the papers with all the info about the home along with the words “willing to finance” “no banks”. That will draw some phone calls.

It’s a great way to create a residual income for yourself and get the home sold at the same time.
Lonnies books are also great for a better explaination of how to do all this. I am just getting started in this area myself and am really looking froward to doing my first deal.
