I have been reading about selling mobile homes and it seem like it could be a nice investment. The part I’m not clear about is the dealers license, is this something that is required? In Maryland do you have to register a mobile home thru the DMV. Can you transfer the title from the seller directly to a buyer.
From what I understand if you sell more then three cars per year in MD you need a dealers license, is it the same for mobile homes?
I’d appreciate as much info as possible, thanks

I just did my first deal and it was in Baltimore. I don’t know about the three car rule, but I didn’t have to have a dealers licence. Well, they didn’t ask and I didn’t say anything.
Where in Maryland?
