We have a 2002 MH that we have been trying to sell for about 10 months now. Shortly after we purchased it, my husband got transferred out of the area. We are currently asking less than we owe, and still haven’t had any offers. It’s getting VERY difficult to continue paying on the mortgage while also paying rent in our new city.

Suggestions?

The house is in a park, not private land. (Just to provide a bit more info).
