How much are you asking for the home? Does the exterior look ok, and can it stay in its present location. If so, how much for the space?

Hi All,

Love all your great advice.

Here’s my question:

I currently live in CO but I am moving to CAL as soon as I sell my property. It is an older moblie
home on a city lot and banks hate to finance older mobiles.

What, in your opinion, is the best way to structure the deal? L/O, straight sell and carry note, rent
out, land contract, ???

I am worried about being responsible for the place from such a long distance but since the “buyer”
probably wont be able to get a loan for the whole amount I guess I’ll have to.

tell me a little more about your home, number of bedrooms, baths, year, and can it stay in the park, etc. I live in colorado and may have an interest in purchasing it. Where is it located?

It’s down in Cortez near 4 corners. It’s a 1976 Chicasha 14x72 3bed/2bath, wood stove, not in park, on large fenced in city lot. Good condition for its age.

Would make a good rental.
