About 3 years ago my wife bought a property using the Sheets course. We are now trying to sell the property with no luck. Neither me or my wife are working at this time so we can’t fix up the propery, we owe property taxes, about 5,000. And we are behind on the mortgage. The realtor we listed with said don’t pay it we could pay it when escrow closes. The house will be forclosed on in a few weeks. Feb. 12th. Is there any recourse?
