I am a “newbie” who is interested in two areas of real estate investing. First, is flipping or rehabbing properties. Which I understand for the most part (there is always more to learn). The second is buying a property, selling it and collecting the monthly note. I really don’t want to be a landlord but I have been told what I am looking to do is buy a house, sell it and hold on to the note and hopefully collect a profit off the deal.
I would love feedback from others who have or are putting these deals together? Where can I learn how to do these? Are there any courses, books etc?
