Dave,
I have had more success with letters than with postcards so far. I use a PO box for both. At this point I don’t have a company so I use my name. If you have the address of where the tax bill is going that is better because that is where the owner is…send it there. Hope this helps.

Mark

Anyone have good sucess with sending these. I have some vacant houses that I want to send letters to, but have a few questions.
Do you use a p.o. box?
Is it better to use post cards or letters?
Do you put your name on the letter or use a company name?
sould I send it to the property or where the tax bill is getting sent?

Any other information would be helpful, thanks Dave

Hello DR,

I’m mostly sending postcards right now. I use just my address as the return address but on postcards I don’t think it matters much.

Always send to where the tax bill is being sent, that should be the current owners address, but thats not always the case.

If you have a large mailing list I would try postcards first. If your list is smaller I would use the letter.
