I have been reading the No Down Payment manual for about 9 months now. I also subscribed to the “Personal Coaching” program, and I still haven’t had any success. Is there anyone from Northern NJ who has used this course and achieved any success. Please contact me if you have. Rob

I purchased the course and have worked up to a $250,000 net worth and nearly $2000 per month positive cash flow. It does work, but it takes work. This is not a get rich quick program. Any questions just ask.
