You sure can, read my post on this forum 12/10/99 last week on a property I closed on. I too had good credit and no money. With good credit you are way out in front.

I recently purchased Sheets’ No Down Payment Course. I am reading through it trying to determine if this will work for me. I have good credit, but access to little or no cash. I am afraid I am going to get in over my head. I have no real-estate experience, but want to give it a try. Has anyone been in a similar spot and made it? Some of his techniques seem ok but others are sound way out there. I have no equity in anything, and some of the cash back techniques are kinda out there. He says you can take a mortgage for more than the asking price and get money back, but it is still a loan…you have to pay it back. Can someone please let me know how you did and if it is possible to do this in my situation.
