Has anyone with Carleton’s program live in San Francisco, CA? I am having trouble finding motivated sellers? There are no FSBO magazine. No motivated sellers in Newspaper Ads. It seems that newspaper ads and Real Estate mags have properties that are being sold through realtors? Have any advice on other ways to locate motivated sellers? How about other Carleton ways to find properties?
