When it comes to Carleton Sheets or Russ Whitney, overall which system is better, considering the amount paid? Specifically, what is the secret behind the no money down thing? How close to the real world are either of there infomercial claims? I live in Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area where the housing market is one of the most tightest in the nation(50th most affordable place in America to buy a home). Would either of these courses work in my area? Who’s system would work best? By the way, what ever happened to William J. McCorkle?
