Don’t mean to toss you off, but the question would take hours to respond to, and then the answer wouldn’t be worth much because I’m not familiar with PA law. Your best approach, since it is an actual sale is to put all the information you have in front of a local attorney and let him/her advise you on what you need to know.

I hope someone can help. I recently found a property that is going up for sheriff’s sale for 36k+ (includes taxes, mortgage balance, and costs). How does this sort of thing work (Pennsylvania)? What is a “Sheriff’s Deed” and does it impact on one selling the property in the future? I’d appreciate any information!!
