to everybody listening: me and a partner purchased a home in northeast OHIO for 30,000 cash, we gutted the house and added a second floor. the house is now a new three bedroom home, work was done by myself and my partner since I’m in the construction field. renovation cost is 20,000. to complete the project. my partner experianced a family emergency, depleting his half of the renovation cash for the project. I’m short 10,000 to complete this investment. I’m looking for a investor that would like to get a good return on there money in a short period of time.
