I have a lead from a seller who called me, for
a shortsale candidate in Redford Michigan. I don’t
have the expertise in SS to do this. I would be
willing to pass it on to someone with SS experience
that could help her out.
Any ideas?

Can anyone give advice on this situation in Missouri=(21 Day Non judicial Foreclosure state)

Property goes to foreclosure in 2 weeks. I have the deed of trust from owners that have abandoned property. The low-level contact at the lender wants their standard Short sale packet filled out and sent. The owners are not there to do a hardship letter or other papers. I will do all I can without them and send it in a paper/someone will be held accountable form. Is there anything else that I can do in order to have some leverage with the lender? Thanks, Doug

“How to Prequalify a Short Sale Candidate” is a suggestive, free article. Email me, and I’ll forward it to you. Just type ‘free SS articles’ in the subject.

Unless the owners of record can co-operate with the short sale process, the lender will most likely proceed with the foreclosure auction.
