Who has more property for sale than real estate agents. If you have a good relationship with 20 agents who understand what you want to do, would you get a deal once in a while? I think so. There is very little that is more motivating than an expiring listing. Motivated agents are good.

I understand the goal of creative REI, but should I be farming RE Agents to find some who understands my goals and places creative offers with sellers ?
