Hi im a newbie in real estate investing. I have read the Carleton Sheets course and still i feel like i dont know enough, like with forms,contracts,ect. Im thinking of going to my loacal comunity college to take real estate. Should i go? Do any of you more experienced investors have an opinion on this?
