Did you do that research at the recorders office? Excellent.

Noob-to-noob, offer really low and have a good prof inspector check that place to see what is wrong. 7 different parties found out it was a pretty big problem. Maybe contact them and ask what happened if you can get a phone #.

I just found a listing for an REO for $134,900/major fixer per listing. This property has been sold 7 times since 06/98. (1)private party paid $67,649,(2)went to bank 9/98 no traansfer value, (3)private party paid hud $65,500 4/99, (4)private party paid $150k 06/01, (5)private party paid $175k 04/02, (6) Mtg Co paid or forclosed for $178,895 06/03 (7) Mtg co transfer to another mtg co the same day. No transfer value. If I offer all cash, where should I start $75K. Comps show mv rangeS between $145k 10/02 & $167k 12/02.
