Sounds like you are off to a great start. You might want to put a small ad in the local free paper, a thrifty nickel or pennysaver. Also, you could have signs put on your car. Finally, you could put doorhangers on houses in an area you want to buy.
So, what part of IL are you from?

I have put up about 40 Bandit signs, flyers in all grocery stores, sending letters out to rental property owners I found at the courthouse under eviction notices, and am now waiting for calls to come in… I have a ton of free time on my hands and am trying to think of more ideas to attract sellers…should I go to Banks and talk to them??? should I look up something else at the courthouse??? any ideas to attract more sellers would be greatly appreciated!!!
