I have formed an LLC and was wondering when I sign a contract do I sign the name of my LLC or do I sign my name and state I am an employee/owner of the LLC? Or do I just sign my name ?

What kind of LLC do you have? What does the operating agreement say? Is it Member-managed, or do you have Managers? You can?t sign as a Manager if your company doesn?t have any. As Russ says, managing Member is good, too. I would not use employee unless you are actually hired by the LLC. Owner is never good. The LLC owns stuff; you own a membership in the LLC. It’s not like stock.
I’m always a Member of a member-managed LLC who is appointed to be a Manager at the organizational meeting. When I sign, it’s as Manager. Most people don’t understand the legal distinction, but everyone has heard of property managers. It helps when I want to appeal to a higher-authority to explain why I can’t do everything that the seller wishes.
