David- You may want to read this post below and its replies. There is nothing illegal about flipping-but a few groups in different parts of the country have organized fraud on a large level. That has the authorities looking at this closely.

Recently I attended a weekend course offered by one of the gurus. One of the teachers there made the comment regarding simultaneous closings… “They are getting harder to do…” Unfortunately, this teacher did not qualify his statement at all by explaining why they were “getting harder to do…”
Can anyone please comment on whether or not this is true and if so, why?
