I think it is a good conservative plan. You could progress much faster by using credit, at today’s low rates. But that is up to you. Later you can expand if it seems to be going well.

Multi family buildings show a better return on investment but are harder to sell. If you build homes and don’t like being a landlord you can always sell. Multi families will also sell but not as quick and easy.

im looking towards the market of familys wanting not to share the same space with others am i right?

4 single family rentals is the plan , 1 per year , all paid for NO mortgages , i think its safe simple and conservative?
