Have a lead for a possible lease-option/subject to property in Albermarle, NC.
It does not have a lot of equity…

So you big dogs probably will flame me & try to educate me on “Making your profit” when you buy"; “If there is not 20K profit, don’t touch it, etc.”…
Just calm down…I get it…
Just thought that it would be a little “bone” for a “puppy” to play with:).

If you are going to get your feet wet in NC, MHs here are a good
way to make $$$ even when you make mistakes. Quick, see if
you can get a seat @ next week’s Boot Camp in Asheville, where
you’ll also meet a lot of alumni who’ll tell you how to turn very
little CA$H into big profits in a lot less time than w/stick-built.
That said, there are a lot of low-end REO stick-built SFRs on the
market now, w/more to come. No need to settle for less than a
great buy these days. Remember, there’s no rule that says you
have to not buy smart (especially since you have this Forum & the
MH Forum, both on this site, where you can have deals critiqued
for FREE).
