Does anyone know how to gain access to the MLS without becoming a realtor. I know there are many sites on the web that post properties, but nothing compares to the MLS.

Help if you can,

This is the actual site that the members are gonna start using at the end of september. But for the general public you can view the listings. You don’t have the option od doing detailed searches though.

We did not have to become a realtorR to get mls access.
Have you asked your local real estate board if you have to be one? Also want to thank nick for the link…that should be pretty good. Here’s a question while i’m here, how do i get mls access for the whole southland without paying each board?

Did you ask the local realtor board for mls access or for comp access? … And did they make you pay for it or no?

Thanks in advance,
