Hello everyone,

I would like to get some reccommendations on computer software to track rental property receipts, late charges, repairs, basic office and tax accounting, online bill paying, etc. On someone’s advice bought quickbooks basic 2003, but this doesn’t seem to cover the business portion, just personal finances. I don’t want to waste another $200 dollars on a program that isn’t appropriate, so I’d appreciate what experience others have had with keeping track of rental accounts.

What do you other landlords use? How do you organize all the tax, insurance, utility, repair and supply receipts?
