There are very simple (plain English) contracts in the back of Lonnie’s books. Shame on you if they aren’t at least ordered and on the way.

The contracts I’ve downloaded were for FL. I changed the state name and corporate names where ever needed and took out specific references to the FL laws. If you know the applicable laws for your state, you could put them back in.

Congratulations, now go do it again, etc, etc, etc…

I just sold my first mobile home. 97 singlewide bought for 4750 sold for 9000 in 5 hours. I got 7000 cash and I am going to hold the note for the other 2000 for 36 months. Can someone tell me what contracts I need to have signed, where I can purchase them and whatever else is helpful…
