First let me say I love this site and I try to take in all INFO that I can.I’ve seen some good deals but there some things holding me back.1) Money 2) not so good credit 3)takeing that first step.I still fill like I need more info,like LTV(Loan to Value) and Flipping.Or some on No Money Down.I’m on the NC coast a very good place to start,we have every thing from mobile homes to million dollar homes.I would hate to know I sat back and let it all pass by. Any INFO would be great. Thanks every one. CAM
