The kid was out at the new house early Friday morning… pick and shovel in hand. The front yard needs a 3 ft. by 16 ft. brick retaining wall put in/ the old timbers are shot. He is smiling while he digs ! hehehe I am just loving this !
Saturday the bricks start going in.

Hey Laure! Didn’t get a chance to really speak to you at the convention. Said “Hi” to you, but then I looked away for a second. When I looked back, you were gone. Guess you really are, as Karp said, a freak on a leash. Anyway, my dad always used to tell my brother and I that lawn mowing, snow shoveling, yardwork, painting, etc. builds character. I’m not sure that it does, but guess what I’ll be telling my future kids…
