Hello! My name is Russell and I am new to real estate investing. I would like to get involved with two aspects of real estate. One, flipping properties. I am looking to make quick profits with this technique. Second, owning to rent. I am also looking to own single-family homes to rent.
Does anyone have any thoughts and opinions about doing this in South Florida?
