I use Rent-Right 125. Smaller versions are available. I have mh’s, parks, etc and find the software just short of amazing… and user friendly. You can download a 30 day free trial of the 25 unit version from their site.

Hi,

We have a small moble home park and have been keeping the books using pen and ledger. Would appricate any advice or comments about using computer programs such as Quickbooks, a spredsheet such as Excel or even a custom software program to aid keeping track and tally collections. Or do most folks still use pen and ledger?
