Has anyone had success using a ‘special report’ as referenced in the ABC’s of ‘Subject To’ course? Does it help your closing ratio or have you discontinued using the report? Thanks, Colby J.

For the vast majority of those on this board that don’t have the course, can you give us a clue as to what the Special Report contains? I use a “report” for each subject-to offer as a sales tool that has information specific to each deal. I didn’t get it out of a course, but maybe it’s close to what you’re speaking of.
