Jack,

Thanks for the info. I downloaded Black Widow but it wouldn’t install correctly. They say because a file was missing and directed me to their web site to download the file.

Then after trying again to install it, the program informs me that the file I downloaded from their web site (the only one available) was the wrong version. Of course the proper version seems to not be available.

I’ll try one more time, and then move on to try another program. I’m getting disgusted with all this. Three spider programs tried and not one works for me. Maybe I need a new computer? I’m running out of tolerance for this project.

Howdy,

Is there anyone using a “spider” program that works with Netscape?

Please don’t recommend MicroSurfer or Teleport Pro. I already know they won’t work for me.

I’ve been using Black Widow with some success. I got it at http://tucows.skyfire.net/. You get a free trial period for a few weeks, then it costs $39.95.
