after some lousy days in March, not to mention the great ICK! which is tax season. Went riding around one of my parks with the manager on Saturday. Found 2 nice cheapos for $1000 each…each will need @$1,000 in repairs, should sell fairly quickly for @$8000 w/ $1,000 down in that park. Manager also referred me to a woman living a very nice 10x50- doesn’t need a speck of work. She wants a larger home. I bought a 1989 14x70 in immaculate condition for $4000 in a nearby park. That park is much too picky AND disorganized, so I intended to move the home. I showed the 1989 to her and she loved it. I get her 10x50 plus $9,000 cash and we split the move costs (@$750 each). Net result: $4250 cash profit, plus nice little mobile that should go for $500 down & $5000 note.
I am also getting a free shed today (well, I do have to pay $225 to move it). Bought a 2BR 1976 in good shape for $2000, including gorgeous 10x12 6-month old Amish-built shed that usually retails for around $1500. Sold mobile for $1000 down ($500 of which gets credited for new skirting & other exterior items) on $10,000 note @ $225/month for five years in February…shed not included of course. Finally got someone to move it…wait 'til the wife comes home & sees it!

It’s ALWAYS time for Chinese food! This weekend won’t work, it being Easter and all. How about Saturday 29th at General Tso’s at 6:30 pm, on Godown, just off Bethel in Columbus? How’s it going anyway?
