Now that we know what to do to get the homes sold fast, what would happen if we bury the statues right side up after we purchase the property??? Do you think it will increase the value a lot so we can then turn around and bury it upside down for a fast sale to make a huge profit?? LOL

There was an article in a large newspaper about this last year and I saved the article. The local “St. Joseph Supply Store” was selling about 200 statues a month to people who swear by them.

The article mentioned about burying it in the FRONT yard near the “For Sale” sign. It said to bury upside-down for quicker response. (didn’t hear anything about the back-yard).

Try it - and let us know!

You’re correct…Sandy is getting bad information!

The statue is supposed to be in the front yard.

I’ve seen this technique used several times over the years…it always worked.

Me…I’d rather sell on terms.

Doesn’t it have to be facing East… buried under a full moon?

Or am I confusing that with tubers?
