Hi TB, Are you familiar with the real estate investment club that meets in St Louis once a month? I am from Dallas, Tx, and was coming to St Louis once a month to work with clients of mine at a radio station there. I just got a lead on a $200,000+ house, the seller just moved to Dallas. Do you have experience working in that price range? I do deals anywhere, and I just came to Corpus Christi, Texas to work with a client of mine who does about 100 houses every year in San Antonio, he also works the CC area, and we have struck up a deal to work together.
