Was wondering if you know about the group in Schenectady led by Craig Alsdorf? (Schenectady Rental Property Owners Assoc)
And in Albany…Capital District Assoc of Rental Property Owners.
Former Empire State Real Estate Assoc, Inc disbanded.

The following link has some good advice. Even though it is set up for stock investments, the principles could be applied to real estate. Good luck and where are you starting one? California would be nice…

If the nareia website does not list a group in your area, contact them by phone or email; their online list is not current. If there is no group in your area, nareia also offers a free booklet on how to get one started.

Good luck,
