Post on the Finacial Forum. You will receive at least 3 vendors offering their services. You need to borrow something that you can payoff quickly and then do it again. This builds credit a little faster than paying on time on a 30 year loan.

Hi, I’m very much interested in REI, my problem is that I recently divorced and just started a real paying job. My question is: could I still get financing for investment properties even though I cannot show very much income yet?
